These Terms and Conditions govern the use of k8888, the online casino and sports betting platform available to players in Pakistan. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and k8888 ("k8888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at k8888.world. If verification reveals that a member is underage, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited.
Each individual is permitted to hold one k8888 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a family member's identity or through any other method — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals. k8888 uses automated systems and manual review to detect duplicate registrations.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information when registering on k8888. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and any other information requested during registration or subsequent KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
k8888 is intended for use by players in Pakistan. If you are located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, you are not permitted to register or use k8888. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of k8888 complies with the laws applicable in your location.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k8888 login credentials — your username, password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. k8888 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your k8888 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact k8888 customer support immediately via live chat. k8888 will investigate and, where appropriate, freeze the account pending resolution. You should also change your password immediately using the account settings.
k8888 may request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of routine compliance checks. Accepted documents include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
All k8888 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All balances, stakes, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are displayed and processed in PKR. k8888 does not operate accounts in any other currency. There are no currency conversion fees applied to any k8888 transaction.
k8888 accepts the following PKR payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and k8888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time with notice provided through the platform.
The minimum deposit amount on k8888 is Rs 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum deposit limit, however k8888 may request enhanced verification for large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawal requests on k8888 are typically processed within 10 minutes for standard accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash. Withdrawals via IBFT bank transfer may take up to 1 business day. VIP Gold and Platinum members receive priority processing. Diamond VIP members benefit from near-instant withdrawal processing. k8888 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless k8888 approves an alternative in writing. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. k8888 will not process withdrawals to bank accounts or mobile wallets that are not registered in the account holder's verified name.
An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. k8888 will notify the registered mobile number before applying a monthly administration fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts with a remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance may be closed after 12 months of inactivity.
All bonuses and promotions offered by k8888 are subject to specific terms published at the time of each offer. These terms include but are not limited to: minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting offers), maximum bonus amount, expiry date and any geographic or account-level restrictions.
Bonus funds on k8888 must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that a Rs 1,000 bonus must generate Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. Live dealer games, virtual sports and slots contribute differently to wagering completion — the contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the individual offer terms.
k8888 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel pending withdrawals and close accounts where it determines that a member or group of members has exploited bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, use of multiple accounts or any other method that constitutes bonus abuse. k8888's determination in these matters is final.
The k8888 welcome bonus is available to new members making their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim the welcome bonus once only. Accounts found to have claimed the welcome bonus more than once — whether through multiple registrations or any other method — will have the bonus and associated winnings voided.
The k8888 VIP Club operates on a tiered points system. Points are awarded based on real-money wagering activity. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the k8888 platform. In the event of any conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules apply to gameplay outcomes while these Terms apply to all account, payment and platform matters.
Software-dealt card games and slot games on k8888 use independently audited Random Number Generator systems. The RNG produces statistically random outcomes that cannot be predicted or influenced by k8888, its game providers, or any player. Live dealer games use real physical cards and equipment managed by trained dealers on stream — the outcomes are determined by physical dealing rather than software.
All bets placed on k8888 are settled according to the rules applicable to the relevant game or market at the time the bet was placed. In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome, k8888 will investigate and may void affected bets, with stakes returned to the relevant accounts. k8888's decision regarding bet settlement is final subject to the complaints process in Section 13.
If your internet connection is interrupted mid-game on k8888, the game state is recorded server-side. When you reconnect, the game will resume from where it was interrupted. If a round has already been resolved by the server, the outcome will stand. k8888 accepts no liability for losses caused by connection interruptions that are outside of the platform's technical control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k8888 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of the k8888 platform, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost gaming opportunities, data loss and costs of substitute services. k8888's total aggregate liability to any individual member for direct losses shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
k8888 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. k8888 will make reasonable efforts to notify members of planned maintenance in advance.
k8888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, without advance notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been involved in any of the prohibited activities listed in Section 7, or in any other activity that violates these Terms, applicable law or the rights of other members.
On suspension for rule violations, k8888 will freeze the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, k8888 may permanently close the account and forfeit the balance. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned with any applicable winnings. k8888 aims to complete standard investigations within 10 business days.
You may request the closure of your k8888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before final closure. Any unclaimed bonus funds will be forfeited on account closure. Account closure does not extinguish any legal obligations arising from your use of k8888 prior to closure.
If you have a complaint about any aspect of the k8888 service — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus disputes or account decisions — you should first contact k8888 customer support via live chat, available 24/7 on the platform. The support team will acknowledge your complaint and provide a resolution within 5 business days for straightforward matters.
For complex disputes involving game integrity or significant financial amounts, k8888 will conduct a full internal review involving its technical team, payments team and senior management as appropriate. You will be kept informed of progress throughout the review period. k8888 aims to resolve all complaints within 20 business days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied with k8888's resolution of a complaint, you may request escalation to k8888's senior compliance team. The decision of the compliance team is final and binding on both parties for all matters other than those involving clear legal error.
k8888 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes — including changes to bonus terms, payment policies, eligibility requirements or prohibited activities — will be communicated to registered members via the platform notification system and, where significant, via SMS to the registered mobile number. Amendments take effect on the date published unless a later effective date is specified.
Your continued use of k8888 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using k8888 and may request account closure as described in Section 12.3.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. k8888 operates its platform in compliance with the regulatory requirements applicable to its operating jurisdiction. As a member, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure that your use of k8888 complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction in Pakistan.
Any dispute that cannot be resolved through k8888's internal complaints process may be submitted to binding arbitration. Both parties agree that arbitration proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action or representative action.
